These cuvettes do not come with the black screw on caps. I did not look closely at the photo. When I asked if they could be purchased separately, they are far more expensive by themselves than buying a cuvette with a black cap together. Very disappointing.

I have ordered two items. Both were not in inventory and had long lead times. No communication on ETA between ordering and ship date... Comes as a surprise when the package actually arrives. People I have spoken with appear to be friendly. Service level is not acceptable.

Other GPS devices I’ve owned don’t have problems in the areas that I had problems with the HI9829. I mentioned it to my customer service rep and he basically just said that it’s spotty in remote areas without offering any additional support or asking any questions. I find the lack of customer support with this issue to be surprising. I purchased this meter expecting reliable GPS operation to characterize waterbodies while moving with 1-second logging intervals. But, this problem makes the data incorrect - values get stuck at one GPS location when the device loses its signal (sometimes for 15 minutes at a time) and so this presents a severe limitation in this use-case and also makes me question the value of the meter. It’s dated. Also, the windows software is archaic - it don’t support windows 11 yet, and even on Windows 10, many of the features are buggy and don’t present views or analysis utilities that provide any real value. Lastly, the parameters don’t all display on the screen simultaneously - I have tried in every way to make this happen. You have to view the parameters individually while looking at them live.
