Missing regent

I bought the aquarium multiparameter H197115. I went to check my low nitrate level first and it called for regent H1781A-0 and this is not in the kit. I cannot find it available anywhere and Hanna did not respond to an email inquiry. $450 dollars. Why not just include the needed regent and charge $455.

I keep trying to calibrate

I keep trying to calibrate my parts per million and when I dip the meter in the solution I keep getting a message that it's wrong.

Why do companies always become like this?

No replies from sales regarding a simple question of availability. Why? Do you have so many customers that they do not matter? And why hire such agents who do not do their job? Hanna is paying people to kill their company. They should really have a look at what happened to IBM in the early 1990s, and do the same: mass layoffs of unproductive, doughnut sucking staff. And why are not all past Hanna instrument documentation available online? Why? You couldn't care less about your current users? Is your staff to busy goofing off to do their job? Hanna needs to get in there and clear out their non-productive staff & replace them with AI.
