The testing agent did accuratley match the laboratory standard.

What I needed was the arm or probe holder, but this was the only replacement part I was able to find on the site search.

Product and shipping arrived quickly, product purchased was missing components, customer service does not return emails regardless of how many you send. Make sure when you purchase you know that you have to calibrate every time before use and if you are missing buffers it won’t work properly. I’m not willing to purchase anything more until I hear back on my question. Thanks.

You make a good product. Look into the curvette upgrade. It would be cool.

Okay
