Shipping is fast

The chlorine meter is fairly accurate, but the reagent is fairly expensive.

Customer service is fantastic. Cuvette designed poorly

Tech services great, product slipping

Good customer service, clear emails, not the best when it came to delivering the meter though. That's really my only complaint, maybe just a more conservative shipping estimate initially would've helped. John
