After taking a trip for the past three weeks I had three different occasions where screws were coming out of my scooter. 1. Seat back, 2. Left foot rest and 3. Left arm rest. I constantly had to tighten screws and lost a couple in the process.

After I ordered it my mother’s health declined rapidly. She is unresponsive and unexpected to live. I need to return the scooter. I sent an email asking how, but am getting no response, even though you obviously have my email, as I received this review request in email.

Got product ok but only ran 2 hours before break down. Now in repair shop waiting for it to be fixed. Not the way to go after spending so much hard earned money. Thanks

I ordered a nice Scooter but never got Delivery of that one Shoprider Flagship Blue Scooter. However, I'm sure there must have been a Glitch with the Customer Service3 Department.
