VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not usable. Out of the box the battery indicator gauge light does not illuminate. Makes entire scooter UNUSABLE as I cannot determine how much charge and range the scooter has. And may get stuck with no battery charge because cannot determine charge level. Will have to return or replace.

I ordered a scooter on the 27th of Jan. and was told that it would be delivered so I could use it by the 6th of Feb. I could have made other arrangements for transportation on the 6th if your salesperson had been honest. Poor service.
