Hi. When purchased I couldn't wait to try out.. The ear plugs come out quite often.. The heart rate monitor is hit and miss... You get the same messages each time... Good bit.. The sound is very clear and crisp

I have an LG X Charge, and the GPS never works with the Vi app. The headphones are pretty decent for listening to music while I run, but honestly Vi has otherwise been pretty useless for me. Still holding out hope for an update that fixes this.

Hello, The soft has sometimes stopped in a middle of the run, but my real concerne regards the heartrate monitoring. Very difficult to find my HR when I'm not doint an effort, and loosing monitoring at some point when running. I expect this function to me optimized which would made Vi a great product. I already mentioned that, been contacted by mail to take an appointment and then no more news...

Don't buy one until they make some serious improvements. If they were really interested in feedback this wouldn't be done by a mass email trawl that doesn't get published and goes unanswered. Poor poor poor. Have you even read the last feedback I gave?

Purchase this item , however felt like it’s the beta version , did not receive the free app after I reach out to customer services . Heat set is extremely expensive . It doesn’t learn your name, wastes money
