When I bought them it said that it was a full year paid in advance when purchasing, after a month it start asking for a monthly payment and I’m using them no more as a coach… to much for a regular earbuds !! Scam...

I am terribly sorry, but I would love to have the old app back. Is it possible? I honestly see zero value in having an app pretending to be a chatbot. I wanted VI to provide me motivation / cues while I run whatever I have to run, not necessarily tied to her own plans. I understand you are trying to make money off the coaching plans in the future, but I would return the product at this point if I still could. Gladly, the hardware seems to be way above the average earphones, so I can still use it for my runs. In time, I still can offer detailed feedback, I live nearby in NYC.

I never ordered this device,never used it and sent it back.

The mic area is so hard that both end hit on my collar bone while I was running.

Really downer they haven’t made any strides to have it work with am Apple Watch
