The product seems fine and does what it says. The incessant follow up and product plugging has just made me want to forget about Ryoko and certainly not recommend then for any of their products. Buyers beware, you will never ever be able to rid yourself of the pestilence of unwanted contact even after multiple 'unsubscribes' and direct contact to remove from contact lists. Leave me alone!!!!!!

I ordered for rush delivery and I did not receive it before leaving for vacation. It would have been faster to send USPS direct. I haven't used the device. I want to cancel the monthly payment payment for wireless connection.

Horrible, unable to return unwanted items. Cost $220 to ship back to warehouse in Lithuania. No one could help only said company policy sorry
