I ordered this by mistake. I made every attempt to cancel (I believe) starting within the hour of ordering. But to no avail. I am very disappointed that in spite of all my attempts including online 'Chat' with 'Support', that the order could not be reversed,

My order was promised to be delivered on May 26 and as today June 11th..I still have not received my order

I wanted to change my mind and not order half way into the process, I checked with Visa they already took the money even if I didn't complete the process? I called and tried to cancel to get a reversal on my card, they would not cancel after 5 minutes into the process, It's been a month and nothing as arrived yet. Looks like a scam and a money grab.
