I thought it would be easier to set up but after my IT family member had trouble I new I would have no hope of doing it myself. He spent 5 hours whilst visiting on the weekend to try and set it up for me. I would like to return it. Could you please email me the address for where I can return the product. Returned of product a tip off and extremely difficult since has to be shipped outside USA total cost of returned almost 50% of item value. Support to solved problem almost impossible. Recommend never to purchase productos from this company and never if returned is outside USA. Wifi is as close as a scam if I have ever seen

It was terrible I got the product sent it back the way I was told to but never got my money back
