Bought a MUAMA ryoko portable Wi-Fi It does not work at all. We have tried it in the at beach does nothing.

As soon as I ordered I called to cancel... all okay... then I still get the product.. Now I have to deal with it... Why do you say okay its cancelled then still send it.

Wasted time sending pictures, new sim card didn't work. Supposedly, I am receiving a whole new unit. We'll see! I needed it for an upcoming trip. Hope new unit gets here before I have to leave!!

I was under the impression that was prepaid card. It only lasted a month and now you want to charge me even more money! I couldn't even get the silly thing to work for 3 weeks and then it would only connect to my laptop not my phone or iPad! Not happy at all

Still haven’t heard how to return this thing! Can’t talk with a human being! Feel like reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Think you’re just waiting for my 30 days to be up, but I have all my emails saved! And I sent and email a week after receiving this product! Despicable! Karen
