First my unit isn't working, right after ordering someone tried to use my card to buy a fireplace. I somehow have a 3 gig plan as well as a 5 gig plan. I've been on hold 30 plus minutes at this time, so knows how much longer...

Poor service still have not received goods

Tried to cancel under 30 min after I brought my purchase and I was told I could not do that and NOW I have pay to send back so now I will never buy anything ever again
