I had contact to return the product 3 times and no one can help. They are just asked all these. No one give me the answer how to return? I think your company just try to avoid until pass 30 days so, no refund. Thank for nothing. .

It is not working. I am getting a message no internet access. What do i do.

I ordered the product, but couldn’t get it to work and didn’t understand that there would be additional costs associated with it. I asked to return it, but the email address was nonexistent. I was finally contacted by another representative. I answered her questions 3 times, but never received any additional contact.
