Ryoko

The Ryoko did both work well at the location I need it; therefore, I'm attempting to return it and I've been waiting for the service rep to provide me with the label all week and hadn't done so as of yet. I would appreciate if this matter gets handled.

Sim card doesn’t work. Tried several times.

Hi purchase I bought doesn't work, the ryoko free WiFi, a put sim card in properly followed instructions and nothing happened, a paid 105 for the purchase but because it it didn't work I had too puy 25 for a weeks WiFi when I was away in campervan with my son

The customer service people were helpful; however, the router did not work AT ALL during my travels! Even when I knew there was service available, I constantly had the message that no service was available. I was very disappointed; because I had purchased this router to help me stay in touch with family while I traveled. I cannot recommend this product, and now I need to figure out how to cancel the extra data I purchased. I would actually like to return the router and be reimbursed for my expense.

I returned this item and it hasn’t been acknowledged? Very difficult to contact seller re -any information. Therefore I have not had the funds returned to PayPal account. Not happy with service. I will not be purchasing any further produ ts from this company. Regards Margaret. Dawson
