So much trouble to return an item to this company

The unit will not acknowledge the SIM card. Put it back in the box haven’t looked at it since. Instructions were terrible. Figured I just donated my money for yet another internet scam. No return address. Collecting dust under my bed. Horrible product judging by the documentation and product performance or lack there of. Never buy!

This was a nit at all what I expected. I thought this would boost the internet that I already have. I do not want to replace what I have
