Very difficult to connect. Battery runs out quickly

I have been trying to return my Wi-Fi mamara, please help me in returning this item!!!

Shipping ok. The instruction booklet is very limited and does not give enough information. The SIM card fell apart and I hope I have managed to install it. The getting started process is not very easy. I have not yet managed to connect. Very annoying! A replacement SIM card would be welcome. W. L. S. Bowen

My viaota internet plan can not use for amazon fire stick because the internet quality is not fit or good.
