Took to long for shopping. Information on set up needs to be improved. Keeps telling me that I need to put in the SIM card. Not able to tell if it is working. Would not recommend to anyone to buy this at this time.

Turn on says Sim busy then no service, have tried in different places and cities still no service

Tried to cancel order within the first hour unsuccessfully. USPS refused delivery return to sender, no charge. Promise of refund minus restocking and shipping charges that I should not incur.

Not happy because my order has not arrived and when tracking number is used it just says in transit for 19days but dose not tell me where and when it will be delivered
