Extremely satisfied with this product. Question.....how long does the charge hold?

I live in a valley and have had problem getting internet service for years. I had just about given up when I found this awesome little system. It worked great 10 seconds out of the box and I was watching Netflix:) Life saver:))) Thanks RYOKO!!!!!

1. Never would have bought these Wi-Fi products. 2. Too return these items would have cost me $200.00 shipping.. 3. I took the deal of 15% off my bill… 4. Your site shows the American 🇺🇸 5. But no return in the United States 6. I consider this is taking advantage of your customer who buy this products. 7. Never again.

There was no problem with the shipping, packaging, etc. I did download the RYOKO?MUAMA manual, but it was so small to read it! I had a problem with installing the sim card, but my daughter helped me eventually with it and it's running well. I will be traveling in September to Europe and I'm anxious to see how RYOKO will perform. I will keep you posted. Thanks....
