Item was delivered very promptly ( 2 days before scheduled delivery ), team welcomed me very quickly, offered help if needed, offered other items available ( translator ), website was very informative was always available with assistance. I will surely deal with Ryoko again in the future.

I love it, but it was a little troublesome to get working unfortunately I've turned it off cause Google Fi is providing me with WiFi service. The second one is still unopened in the box
