The site is great. The price of data is too expensive I can buy another phone and use it as a hotspot with unlimited data for $50. I should have done better research and realized the cost

Fast service well expedited and product expectation over the top

I was very disappointed that there is not the ability to buy a data amount for a set price rather than the year contract. I intend to use it for holidays but that would be all. I do not feel comfortable to run all my home wifi from the little gadget. I am retired and cannot make another monthly commitment

Received my parcel only today and I'm still trying to get it to work. Originally said that I received it 7/19 but only today I got it.
