Ryoko

the people at Ryoko are very helpful, but I am85 years old and have trouble understanding them when they speak too quickly.

Overall good experience, have yet to use the hotspot have only unpackaged and set it everyone I have dealt with on customer service has been good.

not bad, not bad at all.

I have now received the item, it appears to be the ideal travel & communications devise that I will need. Easy to use, and my partner in the UK well she was most impressed, I will be traveling through France & the UK at the end of July.

Haven't done more than hook it up. I will let you know how it goes🤔
