The unit turns off completely by itself 2 or 3 times daily I called and spoke to agent Mary and she escalate the case to Chester for investigation and he is doing nothing so far

It supuse to work in Guatemala and it is not

Untill now I don’t received the instruction how to activate my pocket wifi, they said 24 to 48 hours will email me the instructions. In english language

If a zero star were possible I would select it. Process of buying is a farce..almost a scam. I wanted 1 product. Entered my payment info and my purchased somehow changed to 3 of the same product with 2 free products...at a cost of 3 times what was expected..with no way to change my order. Sent off an email ( 4 actually) but received no response. Called my credit card company. They said that they could not help. RYOKO finally responded and offered free one year warranty or return 4 with an $80 charge reimbursed after they received the product. I have received 2 email saying the products have been shipped ...they have not been delivered . It has been one month. Every day I now receive annoying emails about the many products that Ryoko sells. Dealing with the company has disheartened me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RYOKO!! I am generally a very positive reviewer but with this company I am frustrated 😠 .

At the moment I have not received it.so can not rate it
