Bought as a gift for son-in-law and he could not get it working and said it needed a internet source to work according to him.

It advertises money back guarantee but only offer 15% of total amount paid plus a restocking fee. Plus an option to keep products with 15% ack of total amount. Kinda false advertisement. The product didn't work for what my parents wanted it now they are stuck with the product with barely anything back compared to what they paid. It would be nice if they also advertised that you need to pay for data. Just seems like a scam to steal money from old people or the uneducated on how wifi works.

Never responded to my detailed message concerning problems with my order.

I only ordered 1 unit; you sent me and charged me for 5 units; returning the 4 additional units you sent me (which I DID NOT ORDER) cost me $46.05, and on top of that you are charging me a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from my refund. This is UNFAIR and illegal business practices. In view of this experience no matter how good your device is I could never recommend you to anyone. In all fairness you should refund my shipping fee and not charge me a restocking fee.

Florida brand new hasn't stayed on since call videoed it sent it toes that it's not working nobody's ever contacted me so week later already sent a video second day talk to a person told me wait for somebody to call me it's been a week terrible
