This device doesn’t work. I will be requesting a refund. I bought 2 devices. One is still the box. When I return home, I will be returning the devices with a request of a full refund.

Cannot get it to work

Modem does not work with my iPhone or ipad. It does not get me any internet connections. I receive error messages that say: "privacy warning" then it changes message to say: "no internet connection" The privacy warning messages says "this network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic. The names of websites and other servers your device accesses on this network may be monitored and recorded by other devices on this network.." in trying to solve this problem, I have turned off my Private Wi-Fi address for this network. Using a privvate address helps reduce tracking of my iPad accross different Wi-Fi networks. I'm not sure waht to do next to get internet connectivity with muama Ryoko.. If this device does not work it serves no purpose an dI shall return it for a refund. Please advise.

I got mine it didn’t work I’ve been trying to return for a refund and nobody is getting back with me. I think it’s a scam and I will not recommend this to anyone
