Ryoko

This product is junk it doesn't work I even subscribed for the data for 39.00 a month and get nothing! I paid 189.00 for this and it doesnt work. I cant get anybody to help me with this issue. So I am going to the BBB and fill out a complaint. This product is junk!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with……they say no hassle return but they don’t tell you it’s appropriate cost back to Lithuania…left the entire with the Ips employee and told him to give the units away, k rose , California

Leider haben Sie in Deutschland einen kriminellen Versender für Artikel, die aus China eingeführt werden.....der Name lautet "SK Client in Essen .... leider habe ich den Fehler gemacht und, da ich aus Ihnen bekannten Gründen den Ryoko nicht mehr brauchte, an diese Firma SK Client in Essen wieder zurückgesendet habe. Da Sie mit dieser Firma zusammenarbeiten und diese Firma kriminell ist gegen die sehr viele Gerichtsprozesse laufen, bewerte ich Sie so schlecht.

I've written emails to which no one has replied.....Very, very, very fast on the sell, and AWOL on the rest....I have demanded that I not be stalked by your neverending tsunami of promotional material and promises of a happy family life together with the Ryoko Team....I wasn't looking for a family....I was looking to cancel my order, on the day that I bought it, due to unforeseen circumstances...and according to the promotional material which said I could return it.....'It' however, had been transmigrated from the moment of sale, and no appeals for reversing this have been addressed........This amounts to misleading information with one thought in mind.....benefiting Ryoko, not its beloved sucker customers......BEWARE ALL...I wish I had been LJB

I have tried 3 different times with NO success to return the Ryoko portable wifi units I purchased. The initial response is quick, but then they ask me a question which I immediately respond back to, then NO RESPONSE BACK! This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.
