Bis heute nach drei Wochen habe ich keine Ware erhalten. es wird unzählige Mail gesendet, aber Arbeit wird nicht gemacht.

I didnt relize I have to use my 1500 what ever in a month or loose them. I wou9ld like to send them back. Its not what I thought they were. I dont need another internet bill. I sorry I puchaced 2 of them. what a waste of money. I have not even opened them or tried them.

I think your company is a scam. I ordered one. You sent me 5. In order to return it cost more than the product and then you want to charge a restock fee. I think you're in business to cause returns so you make more money than sales.

Got info product was shipped many times after order bu actually it took additional 11 days and then i got confirmed it was shipped from China. Delivery not arrived and i tried to cancel order as i now am abroad for 8 weeks and cant pick up the product. Tried to contact customer service but no help. Terrible customer care don’t buy from them

I was going to return it due to health issues. I got it so when I traveled I could have WiFi but now I can’t do any traveling and with the 15% restocking fee and the amount it’s going to cost to return it, I will probably just trash it. I live on a fixed income and had I known I would have to ship it out of the country I would have never made the purchase. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase
