SIM card won’t work. All I am getting is a run around when I contact help desk.

it doesn't work at all I am totally disappointed in this product and will tell everyone not to purchase this junk, and it is very hard to return, they take money out for a restocking fee plus you have to pay for return postage. This is totally a piece of garbage DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Don’t buy this product. Difficult to use and company VERY deceptive. Alway trying to “Upsale” you to get more money. No easy return policy !! Avoid them like the plague

This is a scam I paid for this router and service 3 weeks ago and nothing but emails encouraging me to buy more products that will never arrive, you scumbags!!!
