Horrible agonizing return service. Will never recommend your Company to my worst enemy. Brand New unused Item shipped from Wayne, New Jersey 07470 has to be returned to Lithuania before credit can be issued.

It's a scam

I recently travelled to Ecuador and tried using the device but it would not connect. It turned on but I did not have service. All in all the purchase was not worth it. I will be returning. On the website it said that Ecuador was included in the plan but I did not witness that. Will be returning ASAP.
