Horrible!! wish I never heard of Royko try to return it Ha. terrible customer service when you finally get a address to return the address is in Lithuania really postage was more than the device was worth, thought I was dealing with a New Jersey company that’s where it was sent from beware!

You sell people a device to be able to have Wi-Fi anywhere. But then it's only good for a very short time. And I mean very short. It's not worth $89. How do I get a refund?

I still have not been able to connect my Ryoko to my computer or phone. Not happy at all!
