It's been 18 days and I have not received my order! I paid $19.99 for express delivery and I think that should be returned to me because that's not what I got! No tracking available so I do not know where it is or even if it's been sent?

Failed to inform true price of product. On request to return never used product they charge 15% restocking plus $10 handle charge. Product to me from NJ but hast to be returned to Lithuania cost 25.45. Price of product $89.00 cost to get my money back$48.80 for a product that was not explained making it unwanted.
