Want a refund can't get anyone

Not happy with the company at all I tried to cancel within 3 minutes of someone here that ordered and you said it couldn't be done but yet it wasn't shipped out until days later so its BS it could have been done if someone would have picked up the phone and called the warehouse to cancel the order also u should have a way to cancel any order placed by computer same as being able to place any order it cost me $80 to send back I will not recommend your product to anyone because of this

The wifi little machine worked for about 6 hrs then quit picking up anything, would say lesson charge or no wifi. Total unjappy
