Will never buy from them again

could not cancel order within an hour! Had to refuse order! Slow to refund! No customer service who listens!

Ordered 1 wifi immediately got invoice showed I was billed for 4 wifi and a data package. All this happened in 20 minutes along with the call to customer service which the person I spoke with said he would take care of it being I had just placed order. I receive package and could tell it wasn’t just 1 wifi so I called customer service and now I have to pay to ship back and I’m freaking charged a 15% restocking fee for something I did not order and was told it was fixed what a way to do business!!

Bought the item for home use. Stream tv etc. the service would cost a fortune to use for that so no good. Don’t really need it to be mobile. To return it it cost a restocking fee and over $100 to ship back to country of origin. Stuck with an item I can’t use
