I needed to return item. Went to post office and had to fill out several papers for customs. Did not know it had to be sent to a different continent. Not worth the time and money required. Wish I had never purchased it. Ridiculous!

Where is my translator?

The person helping had no patience ,she wouldn't give me the time I need to answer the questions.Not helpful at all.

Customer service is a joke. Difficult to return

I request 1 single unit and received 5 along with the $265.00 cost. I opened 1 because I was interested and hopeful. The product not connect just keep going through some type of startup thing. When contacted them they asked me then to just pay half price then. I told them I'm no long at all interested in there product and want to return it. I was never heard another word. So for customers service. Long story short, stay away from this.
