Garage smart..Not so Smart

I had ordered the hanging air pump and the retractable cord along with the hanging track to keep it nice and clean. Problem was...Both devices came without the mounting track weeks b4 the track.(still haven received the mounting track BTW)..Even paying the expedite shipping! After emailing the lady actually told me "the track doesn't come with the equipment)!..No Sh!t! Pretty disappointed she couldn't look up my order even after giving her the order #! Debating sending it back now!...Never opened it!

I would say its to expensive And you can control just From one phone so if im at work my son cant get the bike ....

Hard top lift

I purchased the hard top lift. It was never really installed correctly which I paid to have installed it didn’t work the dat it was installed. After several weeks and maybe 25 phone calls and emails I was sent some replacement parts to make it work. I’m limping along it’s still not correct. For 900.00 it’s been a huge disappointment

Terrible customer Service

I ordered my lifter August 2021 and did not receive the product until the end of October. At the time of purchase, their website indicated 2 weeks. I was not given a confirmation of purchase nor any update within that time frame. I contacted their customer service via email and received a vague reply a week after stating I would receive my item in 2 additional weeks. Those 2 weeks past and no update. I then called and by surprise spoke to the same representative via email. She told me that my product would be available at the end of October. She indicated they were awaiting on an aluminum bracket but that entire kit was ready to be shipped once received. I requested if the kit can be shipped without the bracket as it a non essential piece and can be easily temporarily replaced with a trip to the hardware store. She said no. She then tried up selling to a more expensive lifter that was fully in stock. I ask I can get a 10% discount or match the difference for what I already purchased I would be willing to buy-up. She said no, that I would have to purchase the new unit and request a refund for initial unit. Mind you were talking about a +$600 lifter.... Overall I have no issues with the product (yet, I haven't gotten it). But the lack of transparent communication and the representative's lackluster customer service has left a bad taste. I am dreading when I may need to reach out to them for support on the product.

Good idea with poor handling

Overall great product but a complete nightmare to remove bikes with three attached. Unfortunately most bikes nowadays don’t have kickstands and that makes it tricky to remove bikes when using the lift with only one person. I have no problems to manhandle I guess but not so much if my wife and kids are trying to remove their bikes. Called the customer service line and got no resolution. I don’t mind buying another lift so I can make these lifts in to single unit. But can’t eat the $349 cost and dish out for two more lifts. The customer service agent implied I didn’t know what I was doing and to be honest made me feel like I just made a big mistake buying this product.
