I purchased one of these over a year ago and got it sent to my friend in Canada as there is no shipping to Ireland. The courier company said they left it in the stairwell outside his apartment but it must have been taken before he had a chance to see it. Despite assurances that it would be sorted out I'm receiving no contact from support on it. ( I actually purchased another one while I was waiting for it to be sorted out and I love it, use it for a laundry lift in my house and it's perfect, it's just a shame the great product isn't backed up by passable customer support)

Extremely poor product knowledge by sales staff. At no point did they seek help from engineers in regard to questions they obviously did not understand. Unbelievable time delays in replying. After over two months of emails ready to give up. After two days corresponding with china, was able to source and order suitable products.
