SmartTracks are great. ParkAssist is horrible and not much value. It doesn't notify you - just points a laser that that is where you go to. But if you lower your chair in your car or raise it. Another driver is taller or short it is of no value. If there was a ball hanging from the ceiling it wouldn't matter if you were short or tall chair lowered or not or what have you. It wouldn't matter...when the ball hits the location on your vehicle you stop. I would have thought a ParkAssist would have done something like that or notify even but nothing. There is hardly any information on it's use.

Once installed this product is nothing short of amazing. The paper instructions are worthless. The online video is also lacking in detailed instruction. For $600 the video has to be more in depth.

Unit came without paper/written instructions so had to go online. Found instructions but they were for a different unit. Close enough for me to figure it out.

Lifter works but Product description says can lift up to 175 lbs but when package came instructions state only up to 100lbs. installation guide comes with zero troubleshooting information and customer service line is only open week days during regular business hours and emails are not responded to.
