No customer service. Phone is active and working but our account through the website is inaccurate and inconsistent. We are not able to access any of the Pro phone features.

The phone case didn't fit the phone even though the website said it was for that phone. I've been trying to return the case for 2 weeks with no response

Terrible phone. Stay away. Service is lousy.

So far, disappointing. Not enough customer service to handle the volume of customers, and we have not been able to get assistance through phone or live chat with setting up our two phones for over a week now. Frustrated parents and disappointed teenagers.

Horrible. Never received my order I paid for.
