So far, disappointing. Not enough customer service to handle the volume of customers, and we have not been able to get assistance through phone or live chat with setting up our two phones for over a week now. Frustrated parents and disappointed teenagers.

Horrible. Never received my order I paid for.

Have yet to be able to correct connection or app issues.

Phones are glitchy and reception is horrible. Wouldn’t buy again if I could do it over.
