So far, I’m not too impressed. I’m hopeful that the bugs will be fixed soon. It feels like customer service is usually too busy or doesn’t know how to help. My husband still can’t get my daughters acct onto his phone. So I’m the only parent who can track her. Sometimes my husbands calls won’t go through to her. The phone gives alerts in the middle of the night. (Last night at 3am I got an alert that my child just arrived home and she had been in bed sleeping for hours!) The music app still won’t load even after I set the date months ahead and waited for the update. It’s a great concept and we really need this service. It’s perfect for our family and really the only option available for us.
