So far, I’m not too impressed. I’m hopeful that the bugs will be fixed soon. It feels like customer service is usually too busy or doesn’t know how to help. My husband still can’t get my daughters acct onto his phone. So I’m the only parent who can track her. Sometimes my husbands calls won’t go through to her. The phone gives alerts in the middle of the night. (Last night at 3am I got an alert that my child just arrived home and she had been in bed sleeping for hours!) The music app still won’t load even after I set the date months ahead and waited for the update. It’s a great concept and we really need this service. It’s perfect for our family and really the only option available for us.

I don’t like that it

I don’t like that it is so difficult to get a representative on the telephone. The Gabb phone keeps losing activation. I online chatted with 3 different people before they finally had someone call to activate the phone again. This is the 2nd time it deactivated and only had the phone for 2 weeks.

Phone is very difficult to set up. Phone support is HORRIBLE. Can't reach a live person to ask questions. Their website does not offer the help I need. Be warned if you purchase this phone - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. I do not recommend this phone or this company... I gave a rating of ONE star only because I could not give a ZERO

have been unable to use

have been unable to use it as I can't get customer support to help with set up issues of our new watches. called on multiple times and the autov system hung up on me as they didn't have support available to answer help desk calls... during posted business hours
