WORST DECISION MY FAMILY EVERY MADE WAS TO PURCHASE A GABB WATCH. WE PAID FOR A WATCH AND SERVICE THAT WE HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE.

After hours of factory resetting the watch, we still have no solution and no suggestion of when we will have a solution. Very frustrating.

Impossible to set up. Impossible to get troubleshooting help.

Terrible customer service!
