Response from Gabb was not the fastest, I did receive a telephone call which was a nice touch, but our previous phone service, Troomi was much more responsive.

Frustrated that it is not
Frustrated that it is not advertised on basic Gabb phone that messages are deleted and not able to be viewed by parents. If I would have known, I wouldn't have purchased. Not child safe. Now I'm stuck with the phone.

Did not receive my 50%
Did not receive my 50% off deal. I contacted gab several times with no response to refund me the half that I paid that I was not required to pay. I paid double for the phone and I've been a customer for 2 years. Thank you have a good day
