Phone works great. The Harmful Text Detection is still a work in progress, however. We get notifications regarding harmful texts sent even when it's off and has been for days. Those notifications cannot be opted out of (understandably), but constantly getting flags for nonexistent texts with a blank category codes is getting old.

We had a problem with finger print previous review, however, the staff reached out to us to make sure that my son's phone is working property. They reached to us several times to make sure. In the end, finger print started to work, so we didn't have to do anything, but I appreciate very nice customer service!! Thank you!

The customer service team is very helpful. The phone is good for kids that only want to call/text.

People are extremely nice but they don’t have solutions to the issues on the phone so that’s frustrating
