We had a problem with finger print previous review, however, the staff reached out to us to make sure that my son's phone is working property. They reached to us several times to make sure. In the end, finger print started to work, so we didn't have to do anything, but I appreciate very nice customer service!! Thank you!

The customer service team is very helpful. The phone is good for kids that only want to call/text.

People are extremely nice but they don’t have solutions to the issues on the phone so that’s frustrating

I rate Gabb as a great phone for kids. But for certain adults forced to use Gabb phones it is less than desirable.

Quick shipping, wish the shipping costs were lower, but that's not a deal breaker.
