Gabb customer service has been very helpful both on the site and on Instagram.

Shopping on the website, setup, and ease of use have been simple.

Phone works great. The Harmful Text Detection is still a work in progress, however. We get notifications regarding harmful texts sent even when it's off and has been for days. Those notifications cannot be opted out of (understandably), but constantly getting flags for nonexistent texts with a blank category codes is getting old.
