Focus Camera - Magento

I bought a fitbit device that did not include all of the parts in packaging. At no point was I offered to be sent another device or no type of other suggestions. Should not be a seller if you cant sell & PLEASE the buyer.

I'm not sure why I received a computer without all of the necessary information. Office 365 was supposed to be installed and it's not and It's asking for activation code. It's been almost 5 days after I've reached out to your team and I still don't have the code nor office 365. I'll have to return the laptop I guess?? Very dissatisfied w/ this purchase.

Very disappointed that in today's competitive marketplace your company refuses to match competitors prices as most do. That is certainly no way to grow a loyal customer base.

So funny...I sent over a half dozen emails before and right after the purchase and NOTHING..NADDA..ZIP...from your so called "Customer Service Team"...I place neg. feedback on Ebay and I'm getting replies from you every couple days...And to make matters worst,you accused ME of not paying which I did ASAP after purchase but you couldnt find on Pay Pal (which is BS)..so it took 5 weeks to get..!
