Focus Camera - Magento

Ordered a pair of black & gray sunglasses but received pink. Sent it back for credit and reordered (these were a gift for my daughter's birthday). When I received the second pair - again they were pink. Checked the sku# and description. All was correct on my end. VERY disappointed!!

NOTHING CAME

I ordered 2 photo albums that looked larger in the picture and paid $11 for both. When I wanted to return it, your company would not pay for shipping. The shipping was $10. I had to end up keeping it because it wasn't worth returning, plus I had to buy different ones from another website.

I requested a credit for the difference of a refurb big jam jawbone because they never stated in the ad that it wasn't new. The price on EBAY was $88.00 and I only purchased it from them because it was suppose to be new. I only ask for the difference between what they charged - $88 and got ignored. I thought that was fair.

Absolutely useless. I had questions on a replacement battery for my Nilox f-60 Reloaded purchased 7 months ago. They said warranty was only for 30 days and gave me the number for Nikon!!!
