Bad customer service

I would give you negative stars if I could

The main picture on WalMart . Com shows the bag that I want and need. I have the same bag but I needed to replace it. So, I ordered it... Once it arrived, it was not the same bag as the main picture or the product description. So, upon further research, I noticed that there are 3 other pictures (other than the main picture for the product)... Those pictures are of the bag they actually sent me. Others have posted about having the same issue but they still have NOT fixed the listing on walmart's site. So, this is a total scam to get you to buy the bag in the main picture (which in reality is more expensive - per my further investigation), but you get a CHEAP bag. They know this is an issue but are failing to fix the issue. So now, I contacted customer service at WalMart and they barely speak English - no help what-so-ever! Also contacted these people at FocusCamera and they are absolutely NO HELP either. They sent me a return label (UPS GROUND) and they said they have to wait to receive the pkg, inspect it and then refund me (not getting me the bag I thought I was ordering)... TOTAL SCAM!!!! Thank GOD I am an AMAZON PRIME member! Never again will I order from WalMart.com. Had this been an AMazon item, I would have already had the bag I ordered, even if they wrongfully or willingly created a misleading ad and sent the wrong item... TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

They did not call me. Will someone please call me.

Worst company ever!! I have not recived my package and been back and forth with them about 2 months now
