my order was placed on 7 and today is the 14 still no evidence it's shipped you sent me a tracking order on 12 but it isn't showing anything. Not happy with the time it took to say it's shipped 5 day's. When you say shipped 1 day after pmt on your page . Feel mislead.

zero stars. Would never order in the future. Should have offered to send a free return label for merchandise but did not. Also stated that shipping charges would be deducted on return. Never stated anywhere upon purchase. Delete my email address immediately!

I ordered a Sony a6000 on 'Black Friday'. Being too busy at work - and not signing up for the photography class I'd originally intended (and later discovering I was altogether too trusting) -- I discovered several months later that I had been sent a different/lesser model: the a5000. Which I did not know even existed. I contacted service, provided proofs, and the correct model was eventually sent. The box was not sealed. The camera photographs are not sharp -- no matter what the conditions. Plus one of the pieces listed on the box was not included. Net: I have ZERO confidence that the camera I ordered is not refurbished/open box. Plus, it was sent without any kind of note in the box, no updated receipt (for registration -- which I later had to call to request) or any kind of follow-up. If someone on your end thought this is customer service -- wrong. I'm already telling folks in all my MANY social networks to avoid your company at all costs.
