Focus Camera - Magento

Got no apologies or even a discount to show that they have made the mistake. Would never buy from them again, and I will post this experience on social media and let everyone know not to buy from Focus camera

Scheduled to arrive today it did not. 3,000 miles in 3 days. Now last 150 miles has not moved in last 3 days at all? Shows delivery scheduled for today. It was not. Reached out both to Focus Camera and Walmart and no helpful response. Just that they are a 3rd party seller? Won't online order again from Walmart!

I am STILL waiting for my product I PAID for a week ago and they JUST decided to ship it the other day, like FOUR days AFTER I out in the order and got the confirmation e-mail of my purchase!!!! It should NOT take like a week to even get to be shipped in todays world!!!! Honestly, won't buy from them again, OR Recommend them to anyone else! Not worth it, you can get any they have from other resources and have it shipped and ARRIVE in a matter of a couple of days!!!! Really poor service. When I called four days after ordering my purchase they told me it had not even been shipped yet, but would go out shortly!!! No info about my purchase unless I called either! JUST BE WARE if you choose to use this place!!!!

I received my telescope on 8-9-2017 in hopes to see the eclipse with my family. On the following Saturday we set it up for the first time. That's when I found the front lens was broken. Today is the 19th and still no telescope. I had 6 e-mails from Walmart asking for information that they should already have. Then ups showed up while I was at work. Without a single phone call. Very perplexing situation because now at my age I will never see another solar eclipse
