Not a happy purchase experience

I made the mistake of using the wrong card to pay and I immediately sent the request to cancel my order. I got an email saying it was being cancelled but it wasn't.

Well it's been over a week since I've ordered my turntable and have yet to receive it. Soooo there's really nothing to review lol I love how Focus send email asking how they did. Like I said I have yet to receive what I ordered so it was pointless for them to ask! Thank you Focus.

I sent message after message and your policies need to be rethought. Your policy about the delivery of products does not protect customers, it pisses us off. Especially when we pay for something and it is not delivered. I will never recommend your company and I am taking my business elsewhere. I want my money back NOW!

Was expecting to receive some kind of compensation from them as they sold me a phone with a non working finger print scanner despite I asked them the question prior to them shipping it out. They don't care about customers nor how they feel about them
